Started as an agent and became a close family friend. Extremely knowledgable of the area and the processes. Tony directed us to all the right directions in finding a perfect house while he was never hesitant to show us a house we were curious about and any open houses along the way. After every showing he confidently shared his thoughts in pros and cons about the area and the house itself. Excellent negotiation skills and thoughtfulness that kept both sides happy. We had such a great experience with the seller thanks to Tony being the perfect communicator between the seller or their agent and us. Tony got us everything we wanted and more from the seller and the seller was not unhappy at all. Tony pointed out all the aspects that we needed to look into as a buyer and with his negotiation and communication skills both parties were satisfied at the end of the deal. I realized how important this is as there are tons of question you want to ask to the previous owner after moving into a new house. Tony did not look away to any help we requested even after the move. Very lucky to have worked with Tony and will definitely ask for his help again in the future.
